The Mental Wellness Mastery Program is a 9‑month, evidence‑based learning series that strengthens the core skills individuals need to thrive.

  • Inclusive culture

Participants meet once per month in a 60-minute interactive live webinar session. Each session builds upon the previous session and includes activities to engage participants in learning and skill adoption to support their mental health.

The program is available to in-tact or cross-functiional groups within organizations or to individuals wishing to join a learning cohort outside of their organization.
